You won’t believe how cozy, clean and beautifully modern this houseboat is. The view from the deck is absolutely stunning! Very much appreciated the Nespressso machine also. Marzieh is a fantastic host and very quick to respond.

  I could not say better things about this Airbnb and host. My fiancé and I had a wonderful
time at the boat house. Was extremely relaxing, cozy, and clean. Everyone in the area was very kind and welcoming and willing to help us with anything. Marzieh was very responsive to all of of questions and provided us with great restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay at her airbnb again and would recommend it to everyone I know.

  Very lovely place and a very caring host

  Lovely space! A unique stay that offers a space to relax on the lake after a long day of walking around Amsterdam. I was a little worried because, on the map, the location seemed really close to the airport. But we sat outside all evening and didn't hear anything.

We had an excellent evening and really enjoyed our stay.

  The water villa was awesome! Cosy place with an amazing view. Perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. We had a great time with the ducks & the neighbour’s cat!

  Marzieh is a very friendly and polite host. The Airbnb was clean, well-equipped and in a perfect location. We loved our stay there for one weekend!We definitely recommend it!

  We absolutely loved staying on Marzieh’s house boat. We were coming to explore Amsterdam but it was very easy to Uber into the city (roughly 25 minutes) and then come back and relax away from everything. It was a 15 min walk into the little town from the houseboat which was fun exploring and so easy to do. The place was spotless and had everything you needed. I would absolutely stay here again when I return.

  Beautiful spot 10 min from the airport and about 20 min by Uber which was about €50 from downtown Amsterdam. We spent the last night of a 10 day trip here after traveling through Netherlands and Belgium and this was the perfect spot to end it out! Clean, quite and a perfect water view! We loved how cozy it was as we sat in the living room and reminisced on our travels.
